It is with great pride that we are today honouring one of our graduates whose career
perfectly embodies the values of the Ferrières School: Léa Bachère, currently Receptionist
at the Bvlgari Hotel Paris, has just been awarded the Star Employee LQA. This prestigious
accolade celebrates her professionalism, high standards and daily commitment to
excellence.

Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management in 2019, followed
by a Master’s degree in Luxury Hospitality Management in 2021, Léa’s time at Ferrières has
been marked by her constant involvement in the life of the school. As vice-president of the
Gala By F association and class representative, she has distinguished herself through her
organisational skills, team spirit and natural leadership. Her academic career, enriched by a
semester at Oxford Brookes University, was punctuated by advanced specialisations in
Talent Management, Operational Management and Executive Leadership &
Entrepreneurship, paving the way for a promising future.
Today, Léa is pursuing her career at the prestigious Bvlgari Hotel Paris. This luxury hotel, a
symbol of Italian refinement and hospitality, demands an extraordinary level of excellence
from its teams. Léa is thriving in this stimulating environment, and her professionalism has
been widely acclaimed. The Star Employee LQA award recognises her unwavering
commitment, the sincere attention she pays to every customer, and the rigour she brings to
her day-to-day work, which makes all the difference.
he writes on her professional network:
“This award means a great deal to me, as it reflects the investment and attention I put into
my work every day.

What makes this career path even more inspiring for us is that Léa embodies on a daily
basis the fundamental values we hold dear at Ferrières:
● A sense of service, deeply rooted in her professional attitude;
● Excellence, visible in every aspect of her work;
● Integrity, in the way they develop within demanding teams;
● And international openness, cultivated during his studies at Oxford and confirmed in
a setting as cosmopolitan as that of Bvlgari.
At Ferrières, we consider our graduates to be fully-fledged members of a large family. It is
immensely satisfying to see Léa develop so brilliantly, winning awards of such stature, while
remaining true to the Ferrières spirit. Her career is a reminder to all our students that
passion, commitment and rigour are the keys to a fulfilling career in the world of luxury
hotels.

Our warmest congratulations to Léa. Thank you for making École Ferrières shine through
your career, and congratulations on this success, which we are sure is just the beginning.
