On Friday 19 December, from 8am to 10.30am, Ferrières School hosted its last event of the year: the Christmas Breakfast, a gourmet breakfast prepared entirely by our students. In a warm, festive and friendly atmosphere, participants enjoyed a unique moment to start the day off right.

The event was designed, organised and carried out by the students, with the support of Emmanuel Lecanu and his pastry students. Together, they developed original recipes, prepared the dishes and desserts, and ensured the presentation was creative and meticulous. On the operational and service side, the students managed the reception, coordination and set-up, while also taking care of logistics and communication.

The Christmas Breakfast was a great success: residents of Ferrières-en-Brie and the surrounding area turned out in large numbers to discover the culinary and pastry creations, chat with the students and share a festive moment. In addition to breakfast, participants were able to take home homemade Christmas biscuits, lovingly made in our laboratories, showcasing the students’ expertise and creativity.

This initiative highlighted the professionalism and commitment of our students, as well as the quality of their training in the hotel, catering and events industries. The Christmas Breakfast was the perfect opportunity to celebrate the end of the year, share some delicious food and festive moments, and showcase the talent of our future hospitality and luxury professionals.
The event took place at the Ateliers de l’École Ferrières in Ferrières-en-Brie and brought together students, teachers and local residents for a convivial and gourmet moment.
