A graduate of Ferrières Hospitality & Luxury Management School in 2021, Maxence Blondel perfectly exemplifies Ferrières’ ability to transform a passion into a genuine career. Following a professional career change, he left the legal field to pursue his dream of working in luxury hospitality. His time at Ferrières proved pivotal, providing an environment where people are at the heart of learning.
For Maxence, Ferrières enabled a complete shift in his professional life. The school offered him not only technical and operational knowledge but also the essential support and confidence to reinvent himself. This nurturing environment was key to turning his dream of working in luxury hospitality into reality, transforming an ambitious project into a tangible achievement.

Throughout his journey, Maxence recognised the importance of alumni. They act as mentors by sharing their experiences of life at the school and explaining how the programme prepared them for the professional world. Alumni create moments of sharing and transparency, providing new generations with invaluable advice while strengthening bonds between former students. Alumni gatherings also offer an opportunity to celebrate individual achievements and continue building a strong community around the school.

Maxence Blondel has enriched his career with a variety of prestigious experiences. From his first internship at Airelles, he gained practical insight into luxury hospitality, which he further developed in positions of responsibility at Maison Louis Vuitton and Ladurée Paris. At every stage, he demonstrated creativity, dedication, and excellence, qualities that led to his current appointment as General Manager of Maison Airelles Pan Dei Palais in Saint-Tropez.
His journey reflects a balance of boldness and discipline, passion and professionalism. It demonstrates how a human-centred education, combined with the support of a strong alumni community, can transform an ambitious project into concrete success. Maxence’s experience also highlights that Ferrières goes beyond professional skills: it shapes individuals capable of reinventing themselves, taking risks, and excelling while remaining rooted in values of sharing and humanity.
Today, at the helm of an iconic house, Maxence Blondel embodies this vision: a leader inspired by his school, committed to excellence, and fully focused on the future of luxury hospitality. His journey inspires both students and alumni, brilliantly illustrating the power of an education that goes beyond technical skills to shape the true talents of tomorrow.
