Le 08 janvier dernier, Ferrières Hospitality & Luxury Management School a accueilli Khalil Khater, président fondateur du Groupe Accelis, pour une masterclass exceptionnelle à l’hôtel Paxton Paris-Marne-la-Vallée. Cet événement était l’occasion de découvrir son parcours impressionnant et les valeurs essentielles qu’il défend : l’audace, la persévérance et l’innovation.

Arrivé en France en 1981 à l’âge de 15 ans, Khalil Khater a transformé des épreuves personnelles en leviers de succès. Après des études brillantes en économétrie et un doctorat en économie, il débute sa carrière au sein du Groupe INDOSUEZ avant de créer, en 1995, sa première entreprise, une société de nettoyage hôtelier. Cette première initiative marque le point de départ du Groupe Accelis, qui emploie aujourd’hui près de 3 000 collaborateurs et joue un rôle central dans l’industrie de l’hospitalité.
Son histoire est une source d’inspiration, en particulier pour les étudiants présents. Monsieur Khater a partagé des enseignements clés sur l’entrepreneuriat, la gestion des défis et l’importance de bâtir un projet en accord avec ses valeurs personnelles.
