TEACHING APPROACH AND MEANS

Ferrières School, a member of the GA Education group, trains the future leaders of the hospitality, gastronomy, and luxury sectors. By directly joining the 3rd year of the Ferrières Bachelor’s program, students gain access to an academic environment of excellence that is both international and career-focused, designed to transform technical training into managerial expertise. Courses are taught in English.

Target Audience
The parallel admission pathway is open to students who have completed a Bac +2 degree, ideally a BTS in Hospitality and Restaurant Management (MHR) or an equivalent qualification in hospitality, tourism, or management. This track is the ideal bridge to progress into roles in management, supervision, and coordination within the luxury and high-end service industries.

Three Specializations to Choose From
In the 3rd year, each student selects a specialization aligned with their career goals:

  • Luxury Management – managing premium customer experiences and brands, mastering the culture of service excellence, codes, and strategies of French luxury.
  • Hotel Management – operational management of a hotel, service management, quality control, customer relations, and innovation.
  • Food & Beverage Management – management of restaurants, wine service, gastronomy, and high-end culinary experiences.

Two Training Formats Available

  • Full-time program, including internships and practical projects.
  • Apprenticeship, with 1 week at school and 3 weeks in a company.

Through partnerships with leading companies, all students benefit from real professional experience and personalized career support.

An Immersive and Professional Approach to Learning
The Ferrières training experience is built on four pillars:

  1. Professional Teaching – strengthening managerial, technical, and technological expertise.
  2. Applied Teaching in Augmented Hospitality – turning knowledge into practical skills in the field.
  3. Inductive Learning – through events, visits, competitions, masterclasses, and professional networking.
  4. Individualized Support – refining career goals, enhancing employability, and developing soft skills.

Career Opportunities after the Bachelor in Hospitality Management
This program prepares graduates for managerial positions in hospitality, luxury, gastronomy, and tourism, such as:

Further Studies and Career Development
Graduates may pursue the MSc Ferrières × EBS Paris – Leadership in Hospitality Management, an international dual degree program that develops advanced skills in strategic management, leadership, and innovation.

Fusion Trail Audace 6.0
Within GA Education, the Fusion Trail program enables students to acquire cross-disciplinary skills from sister schools EBS Paris (Business & Management) and École 89 (Communication & Digital). This unique approach in Europe, at the intersection of management, digital, and hospitality, is designed to train well-rounded, agile, and creative professionals.

EVALUATION METHODS

Each course is assessed by both Continuous Assessment (CC) and Final Examination (ExF). All the assessments for each course lead to a CC grade that counts for 60% and an ExF grade that counts for 40%.

Continuous assessment (examples are specific to each course): Participation, MCQs, individual or group oral presentation…

Final exam: Practical test in a professional situation, case study, project completion, portfolio presentation, final dissertation…
