Ferrières is the first Hospitality Management School to develop its courses around the concept of positive education. A philosophy which allows students to progress into outstanding professionals in the field chosen, able to apply flexible management and demonstrate leadership.

From the outset, the Ferrieres students are supported and challenged on the academic, technical and personal levels.

The first challenge of the student, which is also the key to success, is to embrace his own progression both on an academic and personal level. By following this progressive programme, students cultivate their own employability, learn to know themselves and to communicate with others and build their autonomy and their operational efficiency.

The main curricular activities of this course include:

  • The Ferrieres Leadership Track (Behavioral Specificities, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Style)
  • Presentations on positive psychology and workshops on the science of optimism, resilience and hope
  • Career Summit – meeting Ferrières Partners
