Open Day on the 9th of March
from 10:00 to 14:00
RegisterThe 2025 edition of Goût de France was celebrated in style at the Château de Ferrières, in a setting emblematic of French history. The event brought together students, teachers and representatives from the three schools in the GA Education group: Ferrières Hospitality & Luxury Management School, Ecole 89 and European Business School.
Conceived as a life-size learning experience, the evening actively involved students at all levels. Whether in the kitchen or the dining room, organising logistics or welcoming guests, they put into practice the skills they had acquired throughout the year. Under the guidance of their teachers, they rose to the challenge with rigour, creativity and professionalism.
During the evening, a number of students and alumni who have received grants took the floor to talk about the tangible impact of the Ferrières Endowment Fund on their careers. Their stories highlighted the importance of this support in the construction of ambitious projects that are accessible to all, and promising for the future.
The presence of representatives from the fund, as well as from the group’s three schools, reinforced the sense of collective commitment to transmission, inclusion and educational innovation.
The highlight of the evening was the tasting of a gourmet menu. Made with seasonal ingredients, it was prepared by the students of Ferrières, accompanied by their chefs. The service, also provided by the students, helped make this dinner an immersive experience, in keeping with the finest traditions of hospitality.
This convivial moment also encouraged exchanges between students from different schools, in an atmosphere that was both professional and warm.
